Included in the holiday flat in Berwang

Your holiday apartment in Berwang is, of course, equipped with fluffy towels and bed linen.
The kitchen or kitchenette is fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine with compostable capsules, as well as all essential glassware, crockery, pans and pots.

All apartments feature panoramic balconies with outdoor seating, a Smart TV and a safe.
Additional pillows are available on request.

Hand and bath towels are included (one change is provided for stays of 6 nights or more).

Apartments 07 and 11 also offer a private infrared sauna for added comfort.

Our 4-star apartment house offers convenient amenities such as a lift, allowing you to easily transport your luggage to your flat.

In summer, our younger guests can look forward to a private playground. In addition, there is a lovingly designed indoor play corner in the house.

On request, we also offer charging facilities for electric cars via the house power supply, as well as secure storage for e-bikes in our garage.

We also provide a laundry service. Simply contact our reception for assistance.

Your holiday apartment in Berwang is available from 4.00 pm in winter and from 3.00 pm in summer.

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9.30 am.

Early check-in is available on request and subject to availability. Late check-out can be arranged upon request and for an additional charge.

If you expect to arrive after 6.00 pm, please inform us in advance.

In the event of early departure or delayed arrival, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

We hope your holiday plans go smoothly, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance. 

Should you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

Up to 89 days before arrival: 50 % of the booking price will be charged.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking price will be charged.
Up to 14 days before arrival: 90 % of the booking price will be charged.
From 8 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking price will be charged.

Bookable services: On request, we can deliver fresh bread rolls or a breakfast basket of your choice directly to your flat door in the morning. Simply select your preferred items from our breakfast and bread roll options and let us know your wishes the evening before.

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend! Pets are allowed in Apartments 5 and 6. Please notify us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet.

Our parking spaces allow you to leave your car safely during your stay, so you can fully embrace the beauty of nature around you.

One free parking space per apartment is available without reservation.

For your convenience, we offer a ski room with a heated wall-mounted coat rack and shoe dryer where you can securely store all your skiing equipment.
